Mizner Country Club strives to create programs that benefit each and every member of our club. We pride ourselves in creating activities and events that are designed to improve the overall health and wellness of our members.

The Fitness Center boasts an expansive cardio and strength training area along with an aerobics schedule expertly planned with classes day and evenings. There is no extra charge for classes for members while well qualified personal trainers are available for extra guidance and motivation. Meet your exercise goals, challenge yourself and your family to a more active lifestyle, or gently melt away the day’s cares with Mizner’s Fitness programming.

You’ll also visit the Fitness Center for daily classes and to work out among friends. Nutritional services and on-site physical therapy are also part of the Center’s offerings. Fun events like the Mizner Triathlon and the Thanksgiving Day Boot Camp challenge members to the next level. Motivating the membership with educational classes like TRX Suspension Training and Lunch & Lectures are among the Fitness Center’s daily goals.

Meet Our Fitness Professionals

Martin K. Miller, DHSC, ATC, CPT, PES, CES, CSCS

Marty Miller has over 18 years experience in sports medicine, performance enhancement and injury prevention and as a Private Country Club director. His academic credentials include a BS in Sports Medicine and Physical Education from Canisius College (NY) and a MS in Exercise Science & Injury Prevention from California University of Pennsylvania. Marty is a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) with the National Athletic Trainers’ Association (NATA), a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), a Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES), Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), and has completed advance training as an Integrated Flexibility Specialist and Sports Fitness Specialist through NASM. Marty also serves as a Master Instructor for NASM as well as Power Plate. He travels extensively as a health and fitness subject matter expert for lectures and panel discussions, and is an adjunct faculty member with the California University of Pennsylvania, where he instructs online graduate-level courses in Corrective Exercise/Program Design to physical therapists, athletic trainers, and other healthcare professionals.

Andrea Berglund, NASM

Andrea is a NASM certified Mizner Country Club trainer. During Andrea’s 15 years in the fitness industry, she trained throughout the East coast before moving to sunny South Florida. In addition conducting personal training sessions, Andrea also teaches several of Mizner Country Club classes, including Bootcamp and Let’s Get Fit.
